"Fireweed Typewriter"A visual poem to resilience and regrowth. This multi- layered reduction linocut was hand-carved and printed with intention, each layer building on the last - just like fireweed rising boldly after fire. The image blends the quiet power of storytelling with nature's ability to reclaim and restore.
An old typewriter becomes the vessel for fireweed blooms, symbolizing messages from the earth, renewal after loss, and the beauty that follows destruction. Whether you're a writer, wandered, or wildflower enthusiast, this piece brings the spirit of the Pacific Northwest to your space. * Limited Quantity * Hand-printed Linocut * |

Nootka Rose - Coconut Soy Wax Candle
Nootka Rose * Amber * Sea Salt
Inspired by windswept shores and the delicate roses that bloom along the Pacific Northwest coastline, Coastal Wild Rose is a soft, romantic, blend grounded in nature's wild beauty.
This scent opens with the gentle, unmistakable, fragrance of the Nootka rose, a native coastal bloom with a subtly sweet, sunlit aroma. Warm amber adds depth and a golden glow, while a touch of sea salt brings in the fresh, salty breeze of a shoreline trail. Together, they create a candle that feels like wandering through driftwood, dunes, and rose covered bluffs at golden hour.
Hand-poured into a warm coral-pink frosted jar that glows beautifully when lit, this candle is both soothing and uplifting, perfect for slow evenings, self-care rituals, or simply bringing a bit of coastal magic into your home.
Crafted with:
- Coconut soy wax for a clean, long-lasting burn
- Wood wick for a gentle crackling ambiance.
- Phthalate-free fragrance oils
- A nature-inspired label designed to complement your cozy home
A lovely choice for rose lovers, ocean wanderers, and anyone craving a soft, airy, coastal floral scent.

Welcome to Courting the Wild, where everything I create is handmade and nspired by the wild beauty of the Pacific Northwest. From mossy, forests to the coastal cliffs, I draw from nature's patterns and stories to craft linocut prints, nature-inspired jewelry, and more. I believe in making things that last - both in meaning and in materials. My jewelry is built to endure life's adventures, and my prints are made to bring the outside in, one handmade layer at a time.
